Our Team
Our History & Our Commitment
Optimal Chartered Accountants was founded with the goal of providing high-quality, personalised accounting and business advisory services to the local community. In 2014, Rachelle Wilson took the reins as the new owner and director of the firm, bringing fresh leadership and a commitment to modernising and enhancing the firm’s service offerings.
Since Rachelle’s leadership began, the firm has not only navigated through significant challenges, including the global pandemic, but has also continuously adapted to meet the evolving needs of our clients. During these challenging times, we remained steadfast in our commitment to supporting our clients, ensuring they received expert advice and reliable solutions to safeguard their businesses and personal finances.
As part of our ongoing dedication to providing the best possible service, we have modernised our systems to include cloud-based solutions such as Xero and electronic signing. These changes have allowed us to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and continue offering flexible, client-centric services.
At Optimal Chartered Accountants, we pride ourselves on our ability to evolve with the times while maintaining our core values of personal service, integrity, and expertise. As we move forward, we remain committed to supporting our clients’ success in every stage of their financial journey.
